Shipping policy
We normally process orders within two business days.
Estimated delivery times after shipment are:
- United States: approximately 3–5 calendar days
- Canada: approximately 7–21 business days, excluding customs delays
- Other international destinations: up to 30 business days, excluding customs delays
Shipping rates are listed in U.S. dollars:
- U.S. orders of $49 or more: free shipping
- Canadian orders of $49 or more: free shipping
- U.S. orders under $49: $4.99
- Canadian orders under $49: $4.99
- Other international orders: $19.99
These delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Please double-check your complete shipping address before placing your order. If an order is returned because the address was incomplete or incorrect, or because the package was not collected, additional shipping charges may apply before we can resend it. These orders are generally not eligible for a refund.
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible. Replacement eligibility will be reviewed based on the order details and available carrier information.
